Wonderful experience from start to finish. My puppy was 12 weeks and we brought him in just to get him prepared for grooming and to ask questions. The staff in the front was wonderful. Answered every one of my 1000 questions without one hint of annoyance. Left with an Immediate appointment for the next day, tons of toys and treats, and most importantly confidence that this was the right choice. Juan took care of my sweet little Barkley and was so kind and attentive to my worries and concerns.I honestly felt such relief. Our next appointment is next week and Barkley and I can’t wait!!! Highly recommend!!!

My dog has so much anxiety and Darien is amazing he loves her and she takes such good care of Busta! The entire staff is amazing and treat every client with understanding and care! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Have been taking our dog Bruce Wayne there since we got him at 13 weeks. He LOVES Kathy and she does such an amazing job with him. We can’t even pass by without him getting excited thinking that he is going to see Kathy. We also use them for daycare and they take such good care of him. Highly recommend Groomingdales, Kathy, and the entire staff there. They treat Bruce Wayne like he is their own and he loves everyone there.
